It's a rainy, lazy 4th of July here in Illinois. Ughh ): But whateverr; idk if it's the weather but I'm just not feeling like getting outta bed & doing anything. I'm pretty sure I'll be in the house while my fam goes out to watch the fireworks. Cuz I definitely don't wanna be with them; last 4th of July was one of the worst events of my life. & I'm not saying anymore about it ..cuz I'm still sore from it.

Yesterday, I went to the city with my dad, sis, aunt & cousin to the Taste of Chicago. I got a bbq pulled pork sandwich & my sis just got a funnel cake. I wanted one too, but I had to get my dad sumn so I didn't have enough tickets. But it's all good; I got one in my towns version of the Taste the other day (: & I got cotton candy yesterday so yeah. But it was just too crowded there; it was crazy. Then, around 9 we watched the fireworks & then went home. The firework show was a lil weak this year but oh well. It was just nice to be with my dad's side of the fam & the city, so that was my 4th of July.
What are you guys doing for the 4th?

I haven't updated in so long & I feel so bad!! But I've just been out & about this summer, which is something I'm extremely happy about, cuz I thought it was gunna be the complete opposite. I've still got things planned, like swimming, magically make it to six flags lol, get my nose & ears double pierced, etc. I've still got about 2 months to get things done so I'm hoping I'll get about 95% of my summer list done before it's over. :D Idk about the Atlanta trip anymore, cuz I don't think I'll be able to afford it going with my cousins, but my friend's fam is talkin about going & maybe bringing me with so that's probably the only way I'll go. How's everyone's summer been?

Oh, & no boy status for me. I'm just hangin with guy friends, for now. Idk, boys be on some other stuff. I still wanna get to know Sam, but Blake & I are so done. That's another goal for this month; meet more boys! Haha.
